Welcome to Meisei & Roam. By engaging our travel architecture, consulting, and event curation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Agency Status & Scope of Services: Meisei & Roam provides bespoke corporate retreat planning, itinerary architecture, and luxury travel coordination. We act solely as a sales and intermediary agent for travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, private charters, tour operators). All bookings are facilitated in partnership with our registered host agency and suppliers. We do not own or operate these entities and are not responsible for the acts, omissions, safety standards, or financial defaults of these independent third-party vendors.

2. Bookings & Payments: All deposits, final balances, and payment schedules are subject to the specific terms of the supplier fulfilling your travel. Late or missed payments may result in automatic booking cancellation by the supplier and forfeiture of prior deposits.

3. Professional Curation & Management Fees: All flat professional management fees or project curation fees charged directly by Meisei & Roam cover our explicit labor, operational logistics, and event management. These management fees are 100% non-refundable upon payment, as they represent the immediate allocation of operational resources and professional planning time.

4. Cancellations, Changes, & Force Majeure: All cancellation or modification requests must be submitted to Meisei & Roam in writing. Transit, booking, and lodging changes or refund capabilities are strictly governed by the individual policies of those independent vendors. Furthermore, Meisei & Roam protects client time implicitly but shall not be held financially liable for disruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by Force Majeure events, including acts of God, war, civil unrest, geopolitical events, government restrictions, pandemics, natural disasters, health emergencies, severe weather, or airline logistical failures.

5. Comprehensive Travel Insurance Waiver: Due to the highly exclusive nature of our curated itineraries and strict supplier policies, Meisei & Roam strongly advises all clients to secure comprehensive corporate travel insurance, including Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage. By declining adequate insurance, the client assumes full financial responsibility for any cancellation penalties, medical emergencies, or lost assets incurred.

6. Travel Documents & Compliance: Clients are strictly and solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports (with at least 6 months validity from the scheduled return date), necessary visas, international driving permits, and required health vaccinations for entry into destination countries.
